Defective delivery – what to do?

In order for us to process the case quickly, we need:

- A photo of the defective product
We ask you to send us the report within 24 hours of receiving the product. Don't worry - we don't look at the clock and want to help you as quickly and easily as possible!
After a quick review of your case, we will usually create and ship a new product for you. In most cases, you do not need to return the defective product to us. Your concern is our highest priority and we want to make sure you are satisfied!
